Job Title: Client Portfolio Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Portfolio Manager located in Cebu. The role entails overseeing and maintaining defined sets of clients, building and managing strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and driving account profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly meeting with clients
  • Liaising with internal departments to deliver against client objectives
  • Preparing reports to demonstrate client value and return on investment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple accounts
  • Familiarity with the BPO industry and knowledge of outsourcing best practices
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent field
