The Role of a Relationship Manager is pivotal in ensuring the success of corporate clients, particularly those from large and middle market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communications and business engagements
  • Manage client portfolios to maximize profitability and growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet income and volume targets
  • Foster competitive positioning in the market by optimizing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure positive customer experience through feedback solicitation and collaboration with various teams
  • Collaborate with credit partners to structure loan packages and renewals
  • Train service associates on day-to-day activities to meet client expectations
Qualifications:
  • College graduate with a degree in a business-related field such as finance, accounting, or banking
  • At least 3 years' experience in banking, preferably serving corporate accounts in service staff, account management, products, or channels
  • Knowledgeable in markets, credit, lending, operations, credit policies, risk management, and commercial banking products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
