About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Client Success Strategist to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management & Coaching
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone calls, texts, and video chats
    • Provide expert coaching on lead follow-up, closing techniques, and business growth strategies
    • Offer both supportive and assertive guidance to drive client accountability and success
  • Operational Leadership
    • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
    • Develop, document, and improve client systems using advanced CRM tools
    • Track and log all client interactions for transparency and follow-through
  • Strategic Support
    • Help clients understand marketing concepts and convert leads into paying customers
    • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Potentially assist with recruiting and onboarding future hires as the company grows
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in operations management or customer success
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent command of English; familiarity with Western business culture
  • Business-savvy with the ability to coach entrepreneurs
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote, self-managed environment
  • Experience with advanced CRM software is highly desirable

Experience in digital marketing and lead generation is required.
