Job Title: Senior Content Strategist

At our organization, we empower revenue teams with a leading go-to-market solution trusted by millions of users globally.

This role involves owning the creation, optimization, and maintenance of knowledge base content to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will research, write, and develop new and updated articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement docs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand product features and translate technical detail into clear, customer-ready content.
  • Partner with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to capture recurring issues, identify knowledge gaps, and improve internal workflows.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure the knowledge base remains accurate, current, and discoverable.
  • Mentor junior writers, sharing best practices for content creation, SEO, and AI adoption.
  • Drive the creation and execution of documentation plans tied to product launches.
  • Provide training/reference content to accelerate onboarding and upskilling of internal employees.
