Total Nutrition Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Store Expansion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new locations for store expansion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of work experience in the related field and possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management. Knowledge of store construction is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and selecting new locations for store expansion
  • Preparing feasibility studies and market profiles of identified sites
  • Coodinating with Mall Leasing for smooth transactions with lessors and lessees
  • Maintaining relationships with mall management for current and future business transactions
  • Negotiating lease rates and proposals
  • Ensuring outlets carry out planogram and reset changes
  • Responsible for outlets' maintenance and faulty requests
  • Roadshow setup

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the related field
  • Knowledge of store construction is an advantage
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Keen eye on store design and display
