Responsibilities:
- Actively assists the Store Expansion Manager in expanding the business network of property development through new leads, expansion initiatives, mergers & acquisitions of other companies that will be beneficial to the company.
- Assists the Store Expansion Manager in expanding the business network of property development leads that include mall owners, residential low and high rise developers, BPOs, and real estate.
- Assists the Store Expansion Manager in coordinating all site inspection activities with all Business Units (BUs) concerned with the development.
- Assists the Store Expansion Manager in negotiation and coordinates the financial, legal, and operational evaluation with the various BUs and shared services departments concerned.
- Assists in the evaluation and review of lease term proposals and contracts from various lessors.
- Links the Store Planning Department (SPD) and Engineering with the mall/developer in executing construction plans and technical aspects of the development.
- Coordinates actively and supports marketing initiatives like mall selling/exhibits, store expansion, and construction bond refund.
- Assists in the overall administration of signed lease agreements. Assists the Store Expansion Manager in the preparation of project updates, strategic initiatives, and problem action plans for the semi-monthly Store Expansion coordination meeting.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Marketing, Site acquisition, Contract Negotiations, Finance, Leasing.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Must be amenable to work in Libis QC, near Eastwood.
