Head of Store Expansion

The Private Advertiser is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead its store network development efforts. As Director of Retail Network Growth, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic expansion and optimization of the company's store network.
Key Objectives:
- Develop and implement store expansion strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify prime locations and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective site acquisition and lease management processes.
- Negotiate favorable lease agreements and optimize existing leases to minimize costs and maximize returns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, vendors, and business partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, preferably with expertise in real estate and store operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate favorable agreements.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
