Customer Service Representative for Japanese Speaking Clients

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service to our Japanese-speaking clients.

This role is a full-time position based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and inquiries from Japanese-speaking clients.

You will respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with clear and effective solutions.

Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and communications is crucial in this role.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Your ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction is essential.

  • Japanese speaking customer service expertise, N1/N2 proficiency required (open to both native and non-native speakers)
  • At least 6 months of fraud analyst experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others
  • A team player with flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
