The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for players, providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. They will also be responsible for gathering and delivering player feedback to our development teams, ensuring that we can continuously improve our games and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and effective support to players via multiple channels, including email, chat, and ticketing systems.">
  • Player Feedback: Gather and deliver player feedback to our development teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the player experience.">
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with players, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication.">
  • Analytics: Maintain accurate and detailed reports on player interactions and game performance, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.">

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native-level Japanese language proficiency (C1-C2 level) and native-level English language proficiency (B2 level or higher).">
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.">
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a BPO setting or gaming industry.">
  • Gaming Background: Familiarity with video games and gaming communities, with a passion for delivering exceptional player experiences.">
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools, such as Helpshift/Zendesk, and MS Office or Google Suite apps for documentation.">
