
People Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. This role will play an integral part in coordinating and executing various People and Office programs and processes.
The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be an organization guru. They will manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, update and maintain employee documents and records in various systems, assist with benefits administration, manage shipping and receiving, perform basic IT support as needed, plan and execute team events, and maintain and track budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or Administrative support roles
- Past experience in a role with high volume of administrative responsibility (e.g. HR, recruiting, office management, or other administrative roles)
- Some IT experience helpful
- Passionate people person who understands the value of positive employee experiences
- Efficient, thoughtful, and personable written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented with advanced administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, demanding environment
