Remote Site Management Coordinator

Job Description

This role involves delivering client-facing services as part of a remote site management service capability within a portfolio services centre. The service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination for client sites and operations across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing vendors, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and developing detailed knowledge of assigned site operating characteristics. They will also respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to assigned sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1-3 years of facility management and remote site operational experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
  • Fluency in English communication both oral and written
