Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Human Resources function as an Operations Coordinator. This role will involve delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Experience
  • Provide high-level customer service and support employee inquiries, exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
  • Work with the People team to deliver an empathic experience for everyone at our organization.
HR Administration
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes.
Systems and Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Report on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
