About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representatives to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will serve as the primary point of contact for families interested in our portrait sessions.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with parents via phone, generate excitement about our clients' studio experiences, and successfully book their portrait sessions. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive on achieving targets, enjoy engaging conversations, and wish to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make over 150 outbound calls daily to warm leads provided by the company.
  • Manage inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families.
  • Book qualified studio portrait sessions while clearly explaining the refundable deposit requirement.
  • Establish rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing the enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  • Address objections with professionalism and confidence (related to price, legitimacy, scheduling).
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Consistently meet individual and team KPIs, including a target of .4 bookings per hour.
Qualifications:
  • Strong motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
