Job Overview:

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth and support our sales team. You'll be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting, identifying key decision-makers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email to set qualified meetings
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Personalize outreach messaging to maximize engagement and response rates
  • Manage and track outreach activity, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling in CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role with a focus on email outreach and meeting setting
  • Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with CRM and outreach platforms
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Gmail, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Pipedrive
  • Experience with email sequencing/personalization tools, calendar scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly), and basic data enrichment platforms preferred
