Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide first-level assistance with technical issues in our contact center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical support calls, emails, or chats from customers, offering solutions and guidance.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems using analytical skills.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and system updates to deliver expert advice.
  • Achieve performance targets related to resolution time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy.
Candidate Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

  • Age 18+ and high school diploma/GED required.
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience in a contact center setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, browsers, and common software is essential.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science is a plus.
