E-Commerce Technical Expert

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a fast-paced organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and experience working with Shopify. They will be able to troubleshoot issues, provide clear and helpful responses, and adapt to various requests beyond scripts.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in real-time
  • Monitor Jira tickets and escalate as needed
  • Understand customer context to offer relevant support
About the Role

This full-time position is a work-from-home opportunity that requires 8 hours of work per day, 5 days a week.


Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, reading)
  • 4+ years of customer support experience (SaaS, e-commerce, or tech)
  • 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems
  • Conversion rate optimization best practices knowledge
  • Proactive and customer-first mindset
