Job Title: Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth onboarding/offboarding of users, maintaining IT system efficiency, and providing technical support across various systems.

This position will play a key role in supporting both onsite and remote users, providing assistance with administration of core technology products, and troubleshooting technical issues. If you have experience with Google Workspace administration, technical support/help desk operations, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:

  • IT System Administration and Support: Manage Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding, assist with administration of core tech systems, and provide guidance on account configuration and storage.
  • Tech Stack Support: Provide support and manage core technology products, including security tools, Google Workspace Products, DialPad, Happeo, and Property Data Platforms.
  • Network and Systems Management: Troubleshoot technology issues at Head Office, escalate to suppliers when required, and provide remote desktop support.
