Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled tech expert to provide support for the Oracle E-Business Suite of our client, working as part of a team delivering business-as-usual (BAU) support and projects-related activities.


Responsibilities
  • Develop data interface solutions for inbound and outbound dataflows as well as data migrations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Configure and maintain workflow within Oracle EBS, optimizing its efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and update PL/SQL packages to enhance system functionality and performance.
  • Design and build OA framework components to meet business requirements and needs.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle reports within the application, providing valuable insights and analytics.
  • Perform month-end processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide peer code reviews for developments created by other technical team members, promoting collaboration and excellence.
  • Review and appraise functional and non-functional requirements to design and deliver software solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop software that conforms to industry and best practices/coding standards, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Offer support and assistance to colleagues where appropriate, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
  • Produce detailed documentation in relation to development processes and tasks, facilitating understanding and adoption.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of service and implementation of global development standards.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, cultural behaviors, security policies, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Complete any mandatory training by required deadlines, enhancing skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Analyst, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Oracle EBS R12 functional support experience in AP, AR, GL, iProc, PO modules, with a focus on finance process flows and double-entry accounting principles.
  • Full project life cycle experience from requirements capture through to implementation and delivery, with a proven ability to manage complexity.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, with a solid foundation in computer science or a related field.
  • Competent technical skills in SQL & PL/SQL, Oracle report builder, form builder, BI Publisher, Workflow, Alerts, AME, APEX, Design and Build interfaces, Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), Data migration, Setup migration, Performance tuning, MS Office, and more.
