IT Systems Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to support our growing operations by maintaining, automating, and troubleshooting various systems. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing tools and workflows that power our business.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and confident navigating modern software ecosystems. They will work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams and external developers to ensure smooth, scalable, and automated operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, including WooCommerce checkout bugs and plugin conflicts.
  • Manage monthly updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
  • Maintain and update custom scripts using JavaScript and PHP.
  • Create and manage workflow automations using Zapier.
  • Support and configure Airtable bases, views, automations, and permission settings.
  • Collaborate with developers on advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier and N8n.
  • Maintain data integrity between Salesforce and Airtable.
  • Provide technical assistance for Google Workspace, including access and permission issues.
  • Document internal systems and optimize workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
  • Proven experience managing and troubleshooting WordPress/WooCommerce, Airtable, Salesforce, and GSuite/Google Workspace.
  • Strong expertise in Zapier and experience with N8n and scripting for automations (JavaScript, PHP).
  • Prior exposure to AI agents in automation tools and no-code/low-code tools like Notion, Make, and Monday.com.
