The role of User Acquisition Manager is crucial in driving the growth of mobile user base for our application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new users through various paid channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, Rewarded Ad Networks, and more.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats that resonate with our target audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and present actionable insights to the growth team to inform optimization efforts.

This position requires a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry and its nuances to create targeted advertising content that captures the attention of gamers and enhances brand engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads while achieving target KPIs.
  • Proven ability to scale user acquisition efficiently in a mobile-first environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets, along with familiarity with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular (BI Tools & Attribution Frameworks).

This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing user acquisition efforts for our application and other apps, with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration with product, data analytics, and design teams to improve funnel performance.
