Job Opportunity

  • We are looking for a seasoned Senior User Interface (UI) Designer to oversee the end-to-end design of consumer-facing aged care mobile apps and platforms for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create user-friendly, scalable, and accessible interfaces for the aged care mobile app and platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet unique market needs.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to understand diverse user groups, especially older adults.
  4. Develop high-contrast, readable, and intuitive interfaces using Figma as the primary design tool.
  5. Evaluate and refine the design system and workflows to ensure seamless feedback and approvals.
  6. Support marketing design initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in health or medical tech products.
  • 2+ years of startup experience with independent work management.
  • Experience designing for older adults with a focus on accessibility and usability.
  • Proficiency in Figma and strong design research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong visual design abilities with a clean portfolio.
