Operations Manager Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our programs. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end program operations, including setting up cohorts, content drip, and communications. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to participants and ensure their successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of program setup, including modules, emails, automations, tagging, access dates, and participant enrollment.
  • Develop and implement weekly content drip and communication strategies to engage participants and promote program success.
  • Troubleshoot access issues, subscription problems, or payment questions, providing timely resolutions to ensure participant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate live Zoom sessions, including set-up, facilitation, and recording management.
  • Support video and resource management by editing and updating videos using Descript and making light updates to PDFs and workbooks in Canva.
  • Organize and maintain all assets in Google Drive, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through email and community messaging, addressing participant queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Monitor engagement and flag drop-offs or disengaged participants, following up with them to ensure program success.
  • Regularly test and maintain program links, automations, and lesson sequencing, improving processes over time.
  • Suggest improvements based on participant feedback and operational bottlenecks, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs.
