Monitors and drives project communication and activity progress. The role supports process development, program improvement, and quality initiatives for global transitions and transformations. This position is highly visible to internal & external stakeholders and will be client-facing.Job Description
About the Role:
- Lead and support multiple transition programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and organizational goals.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance including scheduling, documentation, budget tracking, contract review, and training coordination.
- Track project milestones, manage risk registers, monitor KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making through dashboards and executive summaries.
- Facilitate effective communication through reports and presentations, support change management efforts, and maintain standardized tools and templates.
- Collaborate on technology setup, data analytics, and reporting systems to enhance service delivery and continuous process improvement.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years in project or program coordination, ideally within a PMO or transition environment.
- Proven experience in project management, change management, procurement or facilities management, with familiarity in frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and tools like Smartsheet and Power BI. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to work US business hours. Self-motivated and outcome-oriented, capable of working independently. Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and process automation is a plus.
