JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

  • Graduate of any of the following: Business Ad, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in PROJECT/PROGRAM COORDINATION preferable in Telecom, IT, consulting, or other fast-paced industries.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE Project Tracking, Reporting, and Documentation
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills; verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites and Project Management Tools; MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet.
  • Understanding of PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES; Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate ABILITY TO HANDLE MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY under tight deadlines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to provide end-to-end support across multiple projects and programs. The successful candidate will serve as a central point of coordination—responsible for consolidating project information, monitoring progress, managing schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires someone with a proven track record in program/project coordination, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and support senior leaders in driving execution

  • Prepare comprehensive internal and external reports that provide visibility into project status, risks, and progress.
  • Consolidate and analyze project information to support Program/Project Leads in decision-making and presentations.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with standards.
  • Manage and optimize project schedules, proactively flagging potential delays or conflicts.
  • Support governance activities, including preparation for steering committee reviews and management updates.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and resource constraints to Program/Project Leads.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project reporting and coordination processes.
