Job Summary:

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the rehabilitation and therapy clinic, ensuring seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, and team efficiency. This role supervises Movement Coaches, Wellness Coordinators, and support staff while managing client scheduling, front desk coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of both Movement Coaches and Wellness Coordinators, as well as administrative support staff.
  • Monitor team attendance, adherence to protocols, session coverage, and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, mentorship sessions, and team feedback reviews.
  • Oversee and optimize the full scheduling cycle for all sessions and appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal conflicts.
  • Work closely with the front desk to maintain a smooth and personalized client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Lead clinic operations, including day-to-day logistics, staffing coverage, inventory monitoring and facilities coordination.
  • Uphold internal policies related to safety, confidentiality, and operational protocols.
  • Track and report on sales performance, session bookings, and program uptake.
  • Analyze trends in revenue, service utilization, and client retention.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Health Sciences, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in a health, wellness, rehabilitation, or allied healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience supervising cross-functional teams (preferably client-facing and support roles) and workforce analysis.
  • Background in program implementation, scheduling, and client service management.
  • Open to work in BGC, Taguig.
  • Can start ASAP
