
Office Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Admin Support Specialist to provide high-quality administrative services and ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and maintain company records, databases, and files in a timely manner.
- Provide document management, scheduling, correspondence handling, and other related tasks.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees and executives.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required by the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Office Management is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
