Job Summary

This is a senior-level office management position that oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities maintenance, budget tracking, and administrative support.

  • Manage third-party service providers and on-site personnel to ensure effective execution of assigned duties.
  • Oversee daily operations of the office, including facilities maintenance and equipment upkeep.
  • Monitor budgets for administrative and facility-related expenses.
  • Track inventory of office supplies and coordinate purchases as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient administration.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office equipment and services.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on administrative matters.
  • Identify and troubleshoot administrative problems and recommend solutions.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of special events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in administration.
  • Strong understanding of office management processes.
  • Experience with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
