
Office Coordinator

The ideal candidate will provide a wide range of administrative and office support functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes providing excellent customer service, attending to visitors, and assisting with routine requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and internal teams when taking food and beverage orders.
- Direct walk-in visitors, clients, contractors, and suppliers to appropriate parties in a professional manner.
- Offer first-level support for routine requests from employees, guests, and contractors in a timely fashion.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentability of office facilities, including reception, and maintain office equipment in good working condition.
- Conduct regular inventory of assets and supplies under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records and files on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the admin team and suppliers/contractors on repair schedules and appointments.
- Support the admin team with additional tasks as assigned.
- College level or relevant specialized training.
- At least one year of experience as a barista.
- Experience as a front desk admin, administrative assistant, or customer service representative is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or other basic office applications.
- Demonstratable ability to create coffee, lattes, smoothies, and other drinks.
- International experience is an asset.
