Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned business expert to lead and support transformation initiatives within our Oracle EPM Cloud solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as functional lead on EPM-related change initiatives, ensuring alignment with global finance strategies.
  • Partner with senior finance leaders and teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver value.
  • Translate complex business needs into functional and technical requirements for Oracle EPM modules (Cost Allocations, Planning, FCCS, Reporting).
  • Collaborate closely with architects and developers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of EPM enhancements and onboardings of entities.
  • Perform functional testing, drive user acceptance testing, develop training materials, and support global user onboarding and change adoption.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in the way of working.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business analysis and leadership roles.
  • Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
