Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive growth through strategic partner acquisition.

  1. Identify potential restaurant partners and introduce our products and services.
  2. Cover the entire partner acquisition cycle, from lead generation to outreach, pitch, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that increase the rate of acquisition.
  4. Collect and manage documentation requirements submitted by merchants.
  5. Formally endorse closed-won sales opportunities, along with signed merchant agreements and validated documentation, to Sales Operations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner acquisition, preferably in SaaS, F&B, or E-commerce.
  • A proven track record of building relationships with partners and consultative selling.
  • The ability to work independently and remotely, with high energy and a relentless drive.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A business-oriented approach, with the ability to track, monitor, and produce results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
