Job Summary:
- This role is a remote position within our Marketing team.
- We are looking for a Global Acquisition Manager with a focus on paid acquisition channels.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a commitment to helping us grow our marketing reach and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchasing ads through Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels.
- Independently completing tasks such as creating accounts, analyzing targeted users, optimizing ad content, and improving overall ROI.
- Working closely with designers to develop ad content plans based on data analysis and user portraits for overseas users.
- Communicating with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and executing proper digital growth strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and competitors.
- Onboarding influencers and managing an influencer network for growth among the diaspora in various countries.
- Developing and managing B2B partnerships to drive online growth.
- Managing public relations to drive growth among the diaspora with multiple stakeholders.
- Conducting market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends.
- Supporting and collaborating with various teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Engaging in cross-functional responsibilities and assisting the team where needed.
- In-depth understanding of ads content development, testing, and optimization.
- In-depth understanding of Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid ads channels.
- 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing for international platforms.
- Excellent speaking, writing, and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment.
- A strong network in the South East Asian community is a plus.
