Job Summary

The Laundry Supervisor oversees the operation of the uniform and linen department, ensuring seamless service delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage guest laundry requests and maintain efficient workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain uniform and linen stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Supervise staff in the sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding of laundry.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely delivery of clean linens.
  • Monitor and control laundry budget.
Requirements
  • Candidate should have a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
