Housekeeping Operations Manager

This role oversees the effectiveness of all aspects of the housekeeping operation and other related departments.

Plans, directs, controls, and coordinates the activities of all housekeeping personnel engaged in such activities.

Ensures that all guestrooms, function rooms, public areas, back-of-the-house, pool area, and their surroundings conform to the international standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and orderliness.

Inspects hotel rooms and premises regularly, ensuring that finishing facilities and equipment are cleaned, repaired, maintained, and replaced as necessary.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversees housekeeping operations and ensures they meet international standards.
  • Directs and controls housekeeping activities.
  • Cleans and maintains hotel premises.
  • Stores and issues hotel linens and uniforms.
  • Coordinates with other departments for smooth hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum experience: 5 years in housekeeping in a 5-star environment.
