The hotel features contemporary rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows, marble bathrooms, and the latest guestroom automation technology. A choice of five state-of-the-art meeting rooms and 10 specialty restaurants serve a range of cuisine from Asian street food to authentic Italian dishes.

This position oversees the Stewarding department, ensuring excellent Guest and Team Member experience while supporting Back of House operations. Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high service levels, and driving team performance.

Requirements:

  • Prior 5-star hotel experience is advantageous
  • Strong leadership qualities and management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
