Job Title: Strategic Operations Partner

This role is a key position in driving business success by supporting our leaders as a strategic partner.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to manage calendars, inboxes, travel logistics, and communications for the VP of Sales and VP of Business Development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring all parties are aligned and prepared.

Additionally, you will prepare materials for meetings, workshops, and conferences, including agendas, presentations, and travel arrangements.

Your administrative tasks will keep both VPs focused on strategic work and high-value relationships.

You will review CRM regularly to identify follow-ups, schedule stakeholder meetings, and support deal progression.

Key responsibilities include conducting outreach to connect with decision-makers and schedule discovery or follow-up meetings.

You will also research schools and districts to find missing contacts or key stakeholders and update CRM records accordingly.

Lastly, you will track touchpoints, update notes, assign tasks, and ensure CRM records are accurate, current, and visible across teams.
