Job Overview

This role offers an opportunity to be a strategic partner and backbone of a growing real estate business, supporting the Founder in their dynamic endeavors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbox management: Triage and respond to communications with clients, team members, and industry partners, acting as the primary gatekeeper for the Founder.
  • Calendar optimization: Ensure the Founder's calendar is optimized across multiple time zones, guaranteeing preparedness and timeliness.
  • Project support: Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals, ensuring priorities are met and deadlines are kept.
  • Travel coordination: Handle professional and personal travel logistics, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
  • Personal assistance: Manage personal logistics to ensure the Founder's life runs smoothly, including scheduling appointments and tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solving: Identify and address administrative and operational bottlenecks before they become significant issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High-level Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting founders or executives.
  • Real estate industry experience (US, CA, AU, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to solve complex logistical problems autonomously and creatively.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools.
