Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Business Manager to play a critical role in driving profitability within our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the branch's overall profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures. You will have a keen eye for market trends and business potential, determining effective strategies to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Area Head in formulating strategies for target attainment and determining market/business potential.
  • Maintain a proactive business stance on industry competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and maximize strengths and opportunities.
  • Manage the branch's profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures.
  • Establish strong synergy with partner units/groups through active and collaborative undertakings resulting in successful cross-sells.
  • Monitor and review actual performances versus targets based on MIS reports and plan actions with team members to close gaps.
  • Develop the entire branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, strategizing, and monitoring to produce and retain high-performing sales talents.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the banking industry.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills with an active client portfolio in the assigned location.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • A willingness to actively seek new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity.
