RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support company goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning to onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company standards.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs in coordination with Finance.
  • Lead training and development programs to build employee skills and support career growth.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide recommendations for promotions, transfers, or corrective actions.
  • Implement HR metrics and reporting (attendance, turnover, recruitment efficiency, etc.).
  • Lead employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
  • Supervise HR staff and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
  • Advise management on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
