Administrative Support Role
Seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tasks related to property spreadsheets, calendars, client lists, lead generation, and research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bi-weekly Spreadsheet Update: Edit property spreadsheets for upload to various platforms.
- Weekly Calendar Update: Update online calendars via Google on a weekly basis.
- Monthly Client List Check: Verify new additions to client lists are marked as marketing to receive newsletters.
- Lead Generation Support: Search for new clients using online tools with guidance from the supervisor.
- Data Input: Create Companies and their related Contacts with names, emails, phone numbers, and religious affiliation.
- Social Media Management: Connect with clients on social media platforms by following them and connecting with current contacts.
- Research and Content Creation: Conduct research on events, current religious affairs, and newsletters to contribute to engagement strategies and raise the company's profile.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Crm Software Experience: Experience with CRM software.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in editing spreadsheets and managing data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Social Media Familiarity: Familiarity with social media platforms and online research tools.
- Lead Generation Experience: Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Marketing List Management: Experience in creating and managing marketing lists.
