We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Real Estate Administrative Coordinator. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.

As a Real Estate Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, scheduling property viewings, preparing documents, conducting research, and maintaining databases. You will also be generating leads and making outbound sales calls to prospective clients within the real estate industry.
\Key Responsibilities\- \
- Create and maintain accurate records of essential project deadlines, including leases, lease renewals, termination letters, expirations, and possession dates.\
- Support email marketing efforts, which may include managing lists and campaigns.\
- Conduct in-depth research on real estate market trends, properly valuations, and comparable properties.\
- Handle invoicing and related financial tasks.\
- Assist with planning and executing virtual events, including managing registrations and logistics on online platforms.\
- Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through email, chat, or video conferences.\
- Streamline workflows and enhance internal processes using remote collaboration tools and software.\
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and cloud-based systems for efficient information management.\
- Deliver top-tier customer service to clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns.\
- Oversee seller and buyer systems, track lead generation, manage lead follow-ups, and handle administrative tasks.\
- Create listing and transaction documents and support uploading listings to multiple real estate boards.\\Requirements\
