Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to multitask efficiently, and proficiency in administrative software.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support including answering calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence
  • Submit invoices into designated accounting system (training provided)
  • Coordinate property viewings and tenant communications regarding rent increases
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of office experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic software tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Key Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with property management software a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
