
Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to multitask efficiently, and proficiency in administrative software.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including answering calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence
- Submit invoices into designated accounting system (training provided)
- Coordinate property viewings and tenant communications regarding rent increases
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of office experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic software tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Key Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with property management software a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
