About the Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to lead its social media presence in the freight forwarding industry. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Execution
  • Create high-quality social content: industry updates, service highlights, case studies, client testimonials, infographics, and videos.
  • Translate complex freight forwarding concepts into easy-to-digest posts for potential clients.
  • Use storytelling techniques to highlight the company's success, client wins, and service reliability.

Engagement & Community Management
  • Actively engage with followers, prospective clients, and industry leaders online.
  • Monitor mentions, comments, and direct inquiries; respond promptly.
  • Participate in logistics-related conversations, LinkedIn groups, and communities to enhance brand visibility.

Analytics & Optimization
  • Track performance across platforms: impressions, engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Optimize posting schedules, formats, and messaging based on analytics insights.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of social media experience (B2B preferred).
  • Familiarity with freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.
