A Social Media Associate ensures the company's online presence is active, engaging, and effective in reaching the right audience.

He/She is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with target audiences.

This role involves creating compelling content, monitoring online interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that the company maintains a strong and consistent digital presence across various platforms.

The specialist works closely with the marketing and creative teams to support campaigns, drive traffic, and achieve business goals through social media channels.

In addition, during periods of reduced online activity, the Social Media Specialist may also be required to support marketing initiatives on the ground, such as attending physical events, manning/assisting with booth sampling, and participating in product sampling activities to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.


Social Media Specialist - (the doer, the one who creates, posts, and interacts)

Focus: Execution

Level: Usually entry to mid-level

Key Role: Hands-on work managing social media accounts day-to-day.

Responsibilities:


Create and post content (graphics, captions, videos, reels).

Engage with followers (reply to comments, messages).

Monitor social media activity and trends.

Run ads (sometimes, depending on company size).

Report basic analytics to the manager or marketing team


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php19,000.00 per month
