Job Description
Cebu Pacific is seeking a skilled Crew Scheduling Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation and a strong background in crew scheduling, planning, and controlling.

Responsibilities:
  • Validate the completeness of the crew lineup with flight sectors to be operated and ensure on-time maintenance of crew pairings and rosters.
  • Initiate production of pre-departure reports, including check-in sheets, customs, and immigration documents.
  • Handle modifications and maintenance of crew pairings and rosters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Civil Aviation Authority regulations and company policies.
  • Notify affected crew members of changes in their roster/assignment.
  • Validate crew qualification, documents, and roster remarks to ensure assignment to specific duty is legal.
  • Prepare and submit reports/documents required by the department and other departments.
  • Ensure Safety, Legal, and Quality standards are met and sustained.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A graduate degree from any 4-year course.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in airline crew scheduling, planning, and controlling, with 1 year in crew controlling or planning capacity.
