
Strategic Customer Growth Manager

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for driving and maximizing revenue on assigned customers. They will develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers, act as the main point of contact within the organization, and continually monitor client feedback to anticipate business needs.
The ideal candidate will have previous B2B iGaming experience, fluent English, and be based in the UK or Gibraltar. They must be a self-starter with highly developed social and communication skills, able to handle difficult clients and pressure, and have a proactive problem-solving approach.
The Senior Account Manager will also be responsible for representing the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators, and regularly reporting KPIs and account status to the Head of Account Management.
- Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize revenues on assigned customers
- Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers
- Act as main point of contact within the organization for your customers
- Continual monitoring of client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators
- Requirements
- Previous B2B iGaming experience as an Account Manager or Casino Manager
- Fluent English
- Ideally based in the UK or Gibraltar
- Self-starter and motivated to succeed individual with highly developed social and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to handle difficult clients and the pressure that comes along with it
- A problem solver proactive approach
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
