Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Growth Specialist to develop long-term relationships with our key clients. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts to maximize profits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or any related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in Sales, Account Management and Marketing.
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic-thinking and leadership abilities.
