Responsibilities
  • Nurture relationships with existing high-net-worth clients to generate service and upgrade opportunities.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through post-purchase follow-ups and referrals.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clientele.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, or renewals.

  • Familiarity with technical products, preferably home automation and luxury systems.
Experience
