We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization and manage strategic customer accounts in Iloilo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts in the Iloilo area, ensuring excellent communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales, volume, and growth targets, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Client Satisfaction: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to fulfill client requirements, monitor stock levels, order fulfillment, and promotional execution at store level.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance, identifying areas for growth and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in FMCG or retail distribution.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with sales systems is a plus.
