Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring, reporting, analysis, tracking, and documenting agent activity on multiple lines of business through phone, chat, or email.

  • Ensuring adherence to schedules and raising alerts in a timely manner in case of deviations as per laid out guidelines.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for any escalations, outages, system issues, or any other production-impacting situations. Following appropriate procedures.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with operations and other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the production environment.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the same RTA-WFM role, strong data analytics and report creation skills, and experience in automating tasks/reports to reduce cycle time and defects.

A proficient user of Excel and understanding call center statistics is a must. Experience in developing dashboards, understandable reports, and useful visualization is also required. A flexible schedule and excellent attendance record are essential.
