Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

A highly skilled and organized talent acquisition specialist is required to drive performance across our hiring pipeline and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality candidates.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a smooth and organized recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Verify candidate references and perform background checks when necessary.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
